These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the services provided by Seville Movers, located at 100 W Paulding St, Seville, FL 32190, (referred to as “Seville Movers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging with Seville Movers for moving and storage services, you (“Customer” or “you”) agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with our services. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Services Provided

Seville Movers provides moving and storage services, including but not limited to:

  • Local Moving
  • Long-Distance Moving
  • Commercial Moving
  • Residential Moving
  • Moving and Storage Solutions

These services may include packing, transportation, loading, unloading, and storage services depending on your needs and the specific agreement made between you and Seville Movers.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Booking
To book our services, you must provide Seville Movers with necessary information about the move, including dates, locations, and a description of the items to be moved. Upon booking, a confirmation will be sent, including details of the agreed service.

2.2 Payment Terms
Payment for the services is due as per the terms outlined in the booking agreement. We accept various methods of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and checks. Final payment is typically due on the day of service or as outlined in the estimate.

2.3 Deposit
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking, particularly for long-distance moves or large projects. The deposit amount will be disclosed at the time of booking.

2.4 Late Payment Fees
If payment is not received on time, Seville Movers reserves the right to charge a late fee. The specific late payment terms will be outlined in the contract.

3. Customer Responsibilities

3.1 Accurate Information
You agree to provide Seville Movers with accurate and complete information regarding your move, including the size of your home or office, inventory of items, and any special handling or storage requirements.

3.2 Access to Premises
You are responsible for ensuring that our team has clear access to all locations that are part of your move. This includes access to both the pick-up and delivery locations, including elevators, parking, and pathways.

3.3 Items Prohibited from Being Moved
You are prohibited from moving hazardous materials, flammable substances, perishable items, firearms, illegal items, or any other items listed as “prohibited” under local, state, or federal law. Seville Movers will not be held liable for any damage or loss resulting from the transportation of prohibited items.

3.4 Special Handling Items
If you have items that require special handling, such as fragile, valuable, or oversized items, you must notify Seville Movers in advance. We may provide additional services, and additional charges may apply.

4. Seville Movers Responsibilities

4.1 Care and Safety
Seville Movers will take all reasonable care when moving and transporting your belongings. We will use appropriate equipment and methods to ensure your belongings are protected during the move and while in storage.

4.2 Delivery and Timeliness
We will make reasonable efforts to complete your move within the agreed timeline, but all scheduled times are estimates. Seville Movers cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or traffic delays.

4.3 Damage or Loss
Seville Movers will be responsible for damage or loss to your property caused by our negligence or mishandling. The liability of Seville Movers for any damage or loss will be subject to our liability coverage and limitations, as specified in the contract. You may also purchase additional insurance for further protection.

5. Insurance and Liability

5.1 Standard Insurance Coverage
Our standard service includes basic liability insurance coverage for your belongings during the move. This coverage is limited and does not cover full replacement value. You will be advised of the amount of coverage at the time of booking.

5.2 Additional Insurance
You may elect to purchase additional insurance coverage for your belongings. This insurance will provide greater protection for your items in case of damage, loss, or theft. Additional fees will apply for this coverage.

5.3 Claims Process
In the event of damage or loss, you must notify Seville Movers in writing within 48 hours of the completion of the move. We will work with you to resolve the claim, which may include a formal inspection and the submission of relevant documentation.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

6.1 Cancellation by Customer
If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, you must notify Seville Movers as soon as possible. If you cancel within 24-48 hours before the move, you may be subject to a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24 hours may result in the loss of your deposit.

6.2 Cancellation by Seville Movers
In rare instances where Seville Movers is unable to provide the agreed services due to factors beyond our control, we will notify you as early as possible and offer alternative solutions or a full refund.

6.3 Refunds
Refunds are generally not provided for services rendered or for services canceled after the specified cancellation period. However, refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances.

7. Storage Terms

7.1 Storage Duration
The storage of your belongings will be in accordance with the agreed-upon terms outlined during the booking process. Storage fees will be charged based on the duration of the storage and the size of the items being stored.

7.2 Access to Storage
You may request access to your items in storage during business hours, provided that you notify Seville Movers in advance. If you require frequent access to your items, additional charges may apply.

7.3 Security
Our storage facilities are secure and equipped with surveillance cameras and climate control to protect your belongings. However, you are responsible for ensuring that your items are properly packed and protected before storage.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Exclusions
Seville Movers shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, natural disasters, theft, vandalism, labor strikes, or acts of terrorism.

8.2 Liability Cap
The maximum liability of Seville Movers for loss or damage to your property during the move or while in storage is limited to the lesser of the actual value of the damaged or lost property or the cost of repair or replacement, not exceeding the amount specified in the contract.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seville Movers, its officers, employees, agents, and subcontractors from any claim, loss, or liability arising from your breach of these terms and conditions or the handling of prohibited or hazardous items.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes that arise under these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Seville, FL.

11. Modification of Terms

Seville Movers reserves the right to update, change, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated terms will become effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
